Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Beyond. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and do not create accounts to evade security, billing, rate, or usage controls.

2. The service

Beyond provides AI assistance, writing, project organization, creative planning, and media tools. Features may be limited, beta, paused, or unavailable, and labels such as “coming soon” are not promises of a release date. We may change or discontinue features prospectively.

3. AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to other material. Review important output before relying on or publishing it. Beyond does not guarantee factual accuracy, uniqueness, copyrightability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, and AI output is not a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant Seven Bound LLC the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, transmit, and transform that content to provide and secure the services you request. You are responsible for having the rights needed for material you upload or direct Beyond to process.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Beyond for illegal activity, fraud, malicious impersonation, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, credential exposure, interference with the service, evasion of safety or billing controls, or processing material you do not have the right to use.

6. Public and third-party services

Private work is owner-scoped by default. If you intentionally publish through a supported feature, others may view or retain that material. Beyond depends on third-party infrastructure and AI services whose availability and terms are outside our complete control.

7. Paid services

If paid services are offered, prices, renewal terms, allowances, cancellation rules, and feature access will be shown in the applicable purchase flow. Payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins except where required by law or where Beyond chooses to correct a legitimate billing or service error. Failed generations are handled by the authoritative credit-accounting workflow where applicable.

8. Availability and account action

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or error-free output. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance. You may use supported settings to delete your account, subject to resolving an active billing relationship and limited lawful record retention described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Beyond intellectual property

The Beyond software, interfaces, B/E mark, Ask Beyond identity, and related brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to use those materials beyond access to the service as offered.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively and will post the updated date here. Applicable rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
