BEYOND · SEVEN BOUND LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This policy explains how Seven Bound LLC handles information when people use Beyond, Ask Beyond, and related services.
1. Who operates Beyond
Beyond is operated by Seven Bound LLC, a Texas limited liability company. “Beyond,” “Ask Beyond,” “we,” and “our” in this policy refer to services operated by Seven Bound LLC.
2. Information we handle
We handle account and authentication information, profile details you provide, projects, documents, conversations, prompts, uploads, generated media, production plans, tasks, support requests, and related operational records. We also handle request status, usage counts, provider and model identifiers, costs, limits, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.
Camera, photo-library, and microphone access occurs only when you invoke a feature that needs it and grant device permission. Payment providers handle payment-card information through their hosted systems; Beyond does not intentionally store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; save and synchronize work; provide requested assistance, writing, project, media, and planning features; enforce access controls and limits; operate billing when enabled; diagnose failures; prevent misuse; respond to requests; and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Beyond does not sell users’ private creative work. We do not use customers’ private content to train Beyond’s own models by default. A future program using private content for training would require separate, explicit opt-in consent.
4. AI and service providers
Inputs needed to fulfill a requested feature may be processed by configured AI providers. Depending on the request, those inputs can include prompts, messages, selected project or manuscript context, reference images, public-web queries, or audio supplied for transcription. Provider practices and retention terms may differ from Beyond’s practices.
Beyond uses service providers including Supabase for database, authentication, and private file storage; Vercel for hosting and delivery; OpenAI for configured AI features; and Stripe for billing services when enabled. Other providers are used only when the corresponding feature is configured and requested.
5. Visibility and security
Projects, conversations, manuscripts, and private media are owner-scoped by default. Information you intentionally publish through a supported public feature can be viewed or retained by others. Beyond uses server-side authorization, owner-scoped database policies, private storage, signed access, and protected credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention and deletion
Account information and customer content generally remain while the account or relevant item exists. Supported controls may allow deletion of individual records or the account. Operational logs, backups, provider copies, and financial, security, or legal records may follow separate retention periods.
After completed account deletion, customer content is unavailable for normal product use. Beyond may retain a minimized, pseudonymous audit for legitimate financial, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, and compliance purposes.
7. Your choices
- Review and update supported profile and visibility settings.
- Remove supported conversations, uploads, and generated assets.
- Control device permissions through your device.
- Request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
- Use the protected account-deletion workflow when available.
8. Age and changes
Beyond is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change and will post the updated date on this page.
